When should my order arrive?

Usually, from the day you order, you can expect to receive your order in around 7 - 15 business days. It depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

uncostume.com will provide the tracking number by Email after we have packed your order, which usually takes 1- 3 working days.

About Processing
The processing status means that we will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 3-5 business days depending on our stock availability.

How to know the Shipping information?
When the order is shipped out, our email system will notify you.
Our mail system will automatically send the tracking number to you. You can track the shipping information on our tracking order page. If you want the local carrier shipping detail, please contact us for more detail.

We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. 

 

What if my order is later than expected?

If your order hasn't reached you within 20 business days, contact us and we'll see what we can do. When contacting us, please let us know your order number and the full correct delivery address so we can help you as soon as possible.

The tracking information hasn't been updated. Is the order stuck?

A number of shipping partners update tracking information when a package is received at each stage of the delivery path.

Generally, the package is still on the way, just waiting to be scanned at the next sorting facility.
